1 Price

All prices are in Swiss Francs and VAT is included.

In addition to the goods purchased a delivery tax is added, it appears clearly on your order summary.

The goods are neither taken back nor exchanged.

2 Delivery

All goods are delivered everywhere in Switzerland.

The goods are delivered at the floor.

The goods are generally delivered within 48 hours (opening days).

All rights for indemnities caused by delivery delays are excluded.

3 Claims

All goods are insured against damages and loss during transportation.

Complaints about loss or damages should be made immediately on delivery and, in addition, they should be confirmed in writing within three days.

4 Place of performance and legal venue

The place of performance and legal venue for both parties is the vendor's.
